1. Landing Ship Tank AT-7 / 395 Lampung

Scope of Work:
This project encompassed multiple phases of fabrication and assembly for the Landing Ship Tank (LST). The scope included the meticulous preparation and sorting of materials, followed by precise marking, cutting, and bending of components. The work also involved fitting, welding assembly, and detailed grinding to ensure structural integrity and alignment.
The process further extended to fairing, loading of blocks, and adjusting components to meet the required specifications. Key activities included welding erection, addressing any deformation issues, and performing necessary welding repairs to maintain the highest quality standards. In addition, repairs based on X-ray results were carried out to ensure compliance with safety and technical standards. The final phase involved press testing to verify the strength and durability of the assembly, ensuring that the LST met all functional and safety requirements.

2. Shanghai Precision Dosing & Weighing System

Scope of Work: This project entailed the comprehensive installation of mechanical, instrumentation, and electrical systems for the Shanghai Precision Dosing & Weighing System. The work involved the precise fitting and integration of all components, ensuring seamless alignment and functionality within the existing infrastructure. This included the installation of mechanical systems, such as pumps, valves, and conveyors, as well as the precise setup of instrumentation for monitoring and control purposes.
The electrical systems were installed to support the operation of the dosing and weighing equipment, ensuring proper wiring, power distribution, and system integration. Special attention was given to the compatibility of the new systems with the existing infrastructure, and all components were thoroughly tested and calibrated to ensure optimal performance. The project required a detailed and systematic approach to ensure that all systems were accurately integrated, fully operational, and met the required technical standards and safety regulations.

3. Upgrade Thickener Tank

Scope of Work:
The project involved the comprehensive upgrade of the Thickener Tank, aimed at enhancing its operational efficiency and performance. The scope of work included a thorough assessment of the existing tank structure, followed by necessary modifications to improve capacity and functionality. This upgrade encompassed the installation of advanced equipment, including updated pumps, agitators, and sludge handling systems, to optimize the tank's performance.
Key tasks also included the reinforcement and modification of the tank's structural components, ensuring they met updated safety standards and operational requirements. Additionally, the upgrade involved the replacement of outdated instrumentation and control systems with state-of-the-art monitoring and automation technology, ensuring more precise control and better performance management.
The entire project was executed with minimal disruption to ongoing operations, ensuring all upgrades were seamlessly integrated into the existing infrastructure. Final testing and calibration were carried out to guarantee the system's optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.
